How to Use
- Temper mustard seeds. fenugreek, and curry leaves in coconut oil. Add tamarind water, Salt, Asafoetida, Jaggery and The Iyer Paati’s Sambar podi along with vegetables of your choice.
- When the vegetables have cooked well, add pressure cooked dal and allow it to come to a boil. Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with Rice, idlis or dosas.
